Billy Bob Thornton… Not Jamie Foxx!!! What the hell were they thinking o.O

When i played the game i instantly thought Bruce Willis as Kane and Billy Bob as Lynch.

Well at least they got Bruce Willis in though.
That has still really disappointed me though :( gutted!!!

Think i’ll wait for it to come out on cable!

no offense to jamie foxx but a black guy playing a white guy? bit f***ed if you ask me. jason statham all the way, just look online for photos of him as lynch (deviant art).

p.s this film is gonna be shit hot.

Jason Statham would be a kick ass Lynch! But, I was leaning more towards someone like Micey Rourke as Lynch. Although Statham would be a great Lynch, Mickey Rourke has that more of a psychotic look that Statham and in my opinion would better suite the role of Lynch. But, Jamie Foxx as Lynch!?!? C’mon already!!!! Jamie Foxx just doesn’t fit the role of a psychopathic schizophrenic! It has absolutely nothing to do with race or Jamie Foxx either. I believe that Jamie Foxx is a great actor, he was great in Ray and The Kingdom, as well as other movies. But Jamie Foxx playing the role of a psychopathic schizophrenic? He just doesn’t fit the character! I can’t even begin to fathom why they chose Jamie Foxx to play the role of Lynch! I was hoping that for the role of Lynch they would have chosen Mickey Rourke, Jason Statham or Samuel L Jackson. Samuel L Jackson always plays the role of a psychotic character very well! Pulp Fiction, Lakeview Terrace, Unthinkable,

Love the game instant classic but just can’t see Jamie foxx as lynch, he’s a class actor but he’ll just turn it to a comedic act. Were looking for that sick crazy never know what he’s gonna do next kinda lynch that made the game for us.. John malchovich would be perfect, imagine cirus the virus With long hair let loose in a japaneese nightclub without his meds. Or even micky rourke, he’s crazy and ugly enoungh.

I strongly agree. Jamie Foxx just doesnt fit the bill. Not saying he cant act. But when your looking for someone to a key character in a movie, you need someone who is as close to the ideal image of the character. Jamie Foxx… Not so much. I thank John Malchovich would definatley be a much better candidate for the role of Lynch. He doesnt quite have the build but he definatly has that unperdictable, overly anxious, and paranoid appeal about him and I thank people who have played the game would definatly be able to relate him to his video game conterpart. Bruce Willis as Kane was a brilliant choice as long as he doesnt play too much into desperation aspect of Kane. Kane is a constintly frusterated, easily agitated and reluctant leader. I see all that in Mr. Willis and if he takes his time and really does his homwork on this character, i expect we’ll see an absolutly astonishing preformence from that K&L fans and new fans alike with enjoy…. Also I hope they dont deviate too far from the games actual story. It was pretty good from the jump.

P.S. I wonder which they’ll go with? Will he stay or will he go? lol.
