Let’s focus on the good points: Jay Chou doesn’t look bad as Kato, Cameron Diaz looks as sweet as usual, and the Green Hornet car is awesome! But Seth Rogen in the lead role is such a let down…

I heard that Sony’s execs aren’t that happy with Michel Gondry’s take on the Green Hornet, and that they’re disappointed that Seth Rogen doesn’t really look the part. That’s probably why they prefer to avoid competition. But officially they’re saying it’s because they’re ocnverting the movie into 3D. The fatty Seth Rogen in 3D: what an exciting perspective!

I find hard to be interested in this movie… The goofy Seth Rogen as the Green Hornet isn’t exactly appealing…

I want to believe Seth Rogen is gonna be fine as the Green Hornet, after all, he does not look that bad with the green mask on, but it’s so hard to believe… Why was Set Rogen’s Green hornet greenlit? There must be some compelling reason! Maybe a great script? Any idea why this version of the Green Hornet is produced?

Pro-weed fleshy Seth Rogen has managed to push through his Green Hornet action comedy movie… Quite a sad news I think, but I’d be pleased to be proved wrong about that! Anyway the crew has started to film and we got the first pictures:

Director Michel Gondry has been hired to helm the project and big names like Nicolas Cage and Cameron Diaz have also been hired as a safety net. But I’m not sure this will be enough for us to forget that Seth Rogen is hiding behind the mask of the Green Hornet. Anyway, at least Jay Chou looks damn great as Kato, the Green Hornet’s sidekick.

I know the Green hornet is no more a mainstream superhero (had he ever been one?) but to give a free reign to Seth Rogen over a movie adaptation of the Green Hornet… Damned, that does not sound really appealing…

Even worse: Seth Rogen is rumored to star as the Green Hornet himself… I wonder why studios company are putting any cash in this flick… They should rather reallocate this cash to a movie that would not involve the weedy guy…
