Thanks to YouTube user dzine123, in less than five minutes and with LEGO figures, we get to revisit the entire story of the Star War movies (yep, all the episodes). So here’s the fastest and funniest LEGO Star Wars story ever told, the original movie first:

Star Wars – Episode IV, V, and VI
The original Star Wars saga as told by a kid with one heck of a LEGO collection.

And the prequel:

Star Wars – Episode I, II, and III
Once again, that same kid with the ultimate LEGO Star Wars collection is back to tell the story of Star Wars Episode I-3 in the only way he knows… fast!

Plot:
“A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away….”

The opening sequence of The Simpsons, the cult animated TV show, with real actors:

THE SIMPSONS

The Simpsons is an animated sitcom about the antics of a dysfunctional family called the Simpsons (surprise surprise). Homer is the oafish unhealthy beer loving father, Marge is the hardworking homemaker wife, Bart is the ten year old underachiever (and proud of it), Lisa is the unappreciated eight year old genius, and Maggie is the cute, pacifier loving silent infant.

The video was created by UK advertising agency Devilfish as a promo for the show on Sky One.

What do you think of this real-life recreation of the opening sequence of the Simpsons? Awesome, ins’t it?

Mega Man X Short Film - Fan FilmA fan of Mega Man made a short film that’s definitely worth watching:

MEGA MAN X

A few words from the creator of the short film:

The beginning part of the video is a message Dr.Light records over 100 years ago, his lab is now abandoned. As the camera moves into the capsule you see a still running testing parameter where Mega Man X fights a hologram or drone in the form of Protoman. The reason I chose to use Protoman, was for the mystery surrounding him it’s never officially said what happens to him. So after this test ends with a charged blast from X he faces a choice to kill but he chooses to show mercy, After which a hologram appears telling him that his testing is done. What isn’t seen is who brought him out of the capsule which of course is Dr.Cain, maybe for another time. :)

This isn’t a perfect video I understand this, this is all independently made I didn’t have a lot of money but I decided to do it anyway I had 700 dollars, two green sheets, an amazing prop maker, two actors who worked for free because I didn’t have enough money to pay them, they still gave 110% and one awesome friend who busted his butt on the animation side.
Thank you for taking the time to watch and for your support. I HOPE!!!! I did this game justice!

Olan Rogers

Olan Rogers: with just $700 you did something really awesome! Kudos! Continue Reading »

Luke Cage MovieIsaiah Mustafa, the pitchman from that funny ad for Old Spice, is yearning to play the role of the black superhero Luke Cage in a movie. So he created (with official help?) a “fake” trailer to woo the studios:

Luke Cage Trailer

Isaiah Mustafa is LUKE CAGE

What do you think of Isaiah Mustafa as Luke Cage?

Our Facebook follower Kevin came up with this funny parody:

“Well hello ladies. Look at your superhero. Now back to me, then back to him. Now back to me. Sadly, he’s not me. But if he uses radioactive old spice he can be a mutant like me!”
Parody by Kevin

Here’s the original old spice commercial: Continue Reading »
