Paramount Pictures and Marvel Entertainment have released online a new trailer of the upcoming live-action Thor movie:

The movie Thor does look awesome, but there’s something about Chris Hemsworth’s acting in a few scenes that doesn’t feel real… Maybe he wasn’t that much excited about playing the Thunder god?

Marvel has unleashed online the Super Bowl trailer of the upcoming live-action Thor movie:

Directed by Kenneth Branagh, the cast of Thor includes Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins, Natalie Portman, Jaimie Alexander, Stellan Sarsgard, Kat Dennings, Idris Elba, Samuel L. Jackson, Clark Gregg and Ray Stevenson. The mighty Thor will strike theaters on May 6th, 2011.

Marvel has officially unleashed online the first movie trailer of Thor, the upcoming superhero movie directed by Kenneth Branagh and starring Chris Hemsworth as the mighty God of Thunder:

“Thor, a powerful but arrogant warrior, is sent down to Earth has punishment for reigniting a reckless war. But after a dangerous villain from his world sends the darkest forces of Asgard to invade Earth, the hammer-wielding Thor will learn what it takes to be a true hero in order to save mankind. ”

Besides Chris Hemsworth the film is also starring Anthony Hopkins, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston and Ray Stevenson. The movie Thor will be released on May 20, 2011.

Marvel has unleashed the Destroyer:

Loki will send the Destroyer, a powerful semi-sentient armor created by Odin, to kill his brother Thor who’s lost on Earth.

You may recognize Thor’s hammer, Mjolnir. That’s the same hammer we saw the end of Iron Man 2 in the desert scene:
