Thanks to HeyUGuys, let’s meet Peas in a Pod and Ken who are new characters of the upcoming Toy Story 3 movie:

We’ll get the other characters of the banner poster in the coming day. But, hey can’t wait that long, so from tweaking the picture and thanks to some tidbits leaked here an there, we may guess a few more characters:

So we may recognize on this poster of Toy Story 3:
- Peas in a pod
- Mr Pricklepants the porcupine
- Lotso the pink Teddy Bear

And we may also guess from left to right:
- a little girl with purple hair?
- two shadowy creatures
- a nerdy green worm
- a baby doll?
- a green creature with antennas who holds a staff (a Yoda-like insectoid?)
- a squid
- a small horse, or is it a dog?
- a crab
- a monster who kind of looks like the Thing from the Fantastic Four

Anyway, tomorrow a new trailer of Toy Story 3 will be released, maybe the new characters will show up in this trailer.

“Woody, Buzz, and the rest of their toy-box friends are dropped off at a day-care center after their owner, Andy, who is fond of his toys, departs for college.”

Disney Pixar is really teasing the fans with this clip of Toy Story 3!

Plot:
“When Andy grows up and gets ready to leave for college, Buzz Lightyear, Woody, and all the other toys end up being donated to Sunnyside Daycare by accident. There are plenty of spare parts and batteries at Sunnyside, plus lots of children, all ready for playtime. Unfortunately, being played with by the youngest toddlers turns out to be torture. And Lots-o’-Huggin’ Bear, the leader of the daycare toys, does nothing to help. To make matters worse, Buzz seems to have joined forces with Lotso. Only Woody is daring enough to plan an escape! Will he succeed and save the toys?”

Plot:
“Andy is departing for college, and his toys, including Woody (Tom Hanks) and Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen), are going to be put in the attic. Before they can be put in the attic, they are accidentally thrown away and are picked up by the garbage men. The toys find themselves at a local day-care center, where they must try to survive the playful but careless pre-school children. Woody attempts to save his friends and find themselves a new home, but matters are further complicated when Buzz is damaged during an escape attempt. The toys try to reset Buzz, but end up causing him to revert to a Spanish version of his delusions of being a space ranger, much to the other toys’ discomfort.”

Kids prefer video games to toys nowadays! And I can understand them: playing a game on a Wii or a X-Box is so much better!

That dinosaur makes think that they should integrate a few Dinobots toys in the movie Toy Story 3: it would be some much more interesting with a few Transformers around!
