Director Chris Weitz has been directing Twilight New Moon, aka Twilight 2, the movie adaptation of the second opus of Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight Saga. Plot:
“Bella Swan is devastated by the abrupt departure of her vampire love, Edward Cullen, but her spirit is rekindled by her growing friendship with Jacob Black. Suddenly she finds herself drawn into the world of the werewolves, ancestral enemies of the vampires, and finds her loyalties tested.”

The is no denying that quality has improved by a lot with this new opus of the Twilight Saga.: Lionsgate is not just aiming at compounding on the success of the previous movie, they want the movie Twilight New Moon to be a blockbuster by its own.

Stephenie Meyer must be really proud of this latest movie adaptation of New Moon.

An exclusive trailer of Twilight New Moon will premiere during the MTV Video Music Awards on September 13, 2009. They’re promising ‘fresh’ New Moon footage in that new trailer. Well if you can’t watch the MTV Music Awards trailer of New Moon, I guess it will be online shortly after, so you’ll still be able to watch this New Moon trailer here.

I’m a bit disappointed by Michael Sheen’s Aro: he looks like some a mix between a priest and a corporate guy… On the other hand I’m damn impressed by Cameron Bright as Alec and Dakota Fanning as Jane, those two make great Volturi twins!

Don’t really understand why Bella would even think to go with big-nose Jacob: if her lovely Edward is away she should rush to join him instead of wasting her time!
