Yep, it’s also a movie about misfits, but I’d rather watch White Girl than American Honey… And you?

Plot synopsis:
“A college student goes to extremes to get her drug dealer boyfriend out of jail.
The cross section between New York’s mean streets and its gentrified alcoves makes for potent social satire in Elizabeth Wood’s tough and exhilarating debut. Equipped with platinum blonde hair and a winning smile, college girl Leah (Morgan Saylor) seeks out pleasure in any form. I heard love can literally drive you crazy… That said, I really don’t understand why one would date a drug dealer in the first place… Well maybe it was love at first sight here…
