Hector is the right hand man of Jean Vilain (played Jean-Claude Van Damme), the main antagonist in the movie and the leader of an opposing team of mercenaries.

Two girls at the same time, at his age! Well, let’s hope he knows at least that Viagra and poppers don’t mix (together they’re indeed extremely dangerous).
;-P
Plot of Scary Movie 5:
This fifth installment in the Scary Movie franchise centers around the dance world, with a snooty French director of a dance company putting on a huge production – and Jody, the mother of two and her friend Kendra competing for the lead in the production. While the highly skilled Diva veteran dancer with the company, Heather Daltry, being cut from the production goes berserk.
So they’re going to spoof the Step Up movie franchise?
:?
“She’s a prostitute who then kills her pimp and takes over his drug-running business. And Ma-Ma is a bit of a man-hater. I think of her like an old great white shark who is just waiting for someone bigger and stronger to show up and kill her. She’s ready for it. In fact, she can’t wait for it to happen. And yet no one can get the job done. She’s an addict, so she’s dead in that way, but that last knock just hasn’t come.”
Actress Lena Headey
So will Judge Dredd (Karl Urban) put her out her misery then? Will he be the one to kill her?

Filming of Avatar 2 hasn’t started yet, but James Cameron is already talking about doing Avatar 4. Yep, here’s what he told to the New York Times:
“I’ve divided my time over the last 16 years over deep ocean exploration and film-making. I’ve made two movies in 16 years, and I’ve done eight expeditions. Last year I basically completely disbanded my production company’s development arm. So I’m not interested in developing anything. I’m in the Avatar business. Period. That’s it. I’m making Avatar 2, Avatar 3, maybe Avatar 4, and I’m not going to produce other people’s movies for them. I’m not interested in taking scripts. And that all sounds I suppose a little bit restricted, but the point is I think within the “Avatar” landscape I can say everything I need to say that I think needs to be said, in terms of the state of the world and what I think we need to be doing about it. And doing it in an entertaining way. And anything I can’t say in that area, I want to say through documentaries, which I’m continuing. I’ve done five documentaries in the last 10 years, and I’ll hopefully do a lot more.”
Director James Cameron
Glad to hear about a potential fourth Avatar movie and that he wants to focus on the franchise, but come on, he should deliver Avatar 2 before fantasizing about more sequels.
