The boys have been well directed in this baseball movie which is based on a true story: a Mexican team of young poor boys won the Little League Series in 1957 by making a perfect game during the last match of this baseball tournament.

Cheech Marin is awesome in his outfit of Catholic priest! Would have loved to see him wearing a soutane though (but then we would have been wondering if he was wearing underwears I suppose).
