I think that with this trailer of Wendy and Lucy we have the trailer of the day! I never heard about this independent movie before, so I discovered it just a few minutes ago via the trailer. And what a great surprise! This is a movie about real life, about how a dire financial situation can break you down…
Michelle Williams (from “Brokeback Mountain”) is incredible in her role as Wendy the lead chracter of this road movie. Just watch this trailer of Wendy and Lucy, and make your own mind:

Wendy and Lucy is directed by Kelly Reichardt based on a script by Kelly Reichardt and Jonathan Raymond. No official release date yet, let’s hope it will be picked up by a distribution company quite soon!
