Growl is the title of an upcoming horror movie that proposes to mix werewolves and Mixed Martial Arts fighting, so quite an interesting concept! The film is written and directed by Sxv’leithan Essex (don’t ask me how to pronounce his name!). No word yet about the cast. The film is should be released in 2011.

Plot:
“A traveling underground fight club called The Brawlers arrive at a derelict ghost town tucked away in the Colorado Rockies. They meet the town’s only residents, the Maxilla family who want to buy on to the fight card. But the Maxilla family’s true intentions for the Brawler crew is soon revealed in teeth and claws. Some will be hunted, some will be feed, and some will become part of the family… whether they like it or not.”
I guess the odds are rather in favor of the werewolves but I’d be happy to see werewolves kicked by humans expert in MMA! Count me on for the movie Growl!

So…. A rip-off of “Bloody Roar”. A game I used to love playing on the playstation that consisted of martial arts fighting where the characters were able to turn into were-animals essentially.
