The Black Eyed Peas singer Taboo got the role of Vega in the upcoming Street Fighter movie. Here below two pictures of Taboo as Vega:

Edgier than the original character? I think he means rougher (judging from the pictures above), because you can’t be edgier than the original Vega:
Maybe Taboo’s Vega is gonna sing while fighting? That’d be strange, not edgy…
