Director James Cameron has been relatively secretive with his latest movie Avatar. But it looks like FOX is gonna beat the drums during the upcoming San Diego Comic Con (which is just 3 weeks ahead). A poster of Avatar, featuring the face of a Na’vi has already been spotted in the streets of San Diego:

I hope that the movie trailer of Avatar will finally be shown during this Comic Con.

I think it’s the best GI Joe poster of Cobra so far! And yep, I’m mesmerized by the pretty little face of Rachel Nichols. And not only by her face actually:

About the original Scarlett character:

Scarlett

She was the first female action figure in the G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero toy line and is also the only member of the original team to see much action in both cartoon and comic incarnations. The official line on Scarlett is that her full name is Shana M. O’Hara. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia. Although she is as adept with standard weapons as any of her comrades, her weapon of choice is the crossbow which fires various bolts with specialized functions. It could be hotter but I guess they have to keep it PG-13 because of younger audiences. They want lot of people to go watch the movie in theaters, it means they’re targeting the whole family, young teens and even kids included. But Twilight isn’t a story for kids…
So no wonder that some fans are disappointed to see the Twilight movie series to get tamed… But well, maybe in the following Twilight movies, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn, they won’t shy away from the lustful passion that was one of the main reasons for the original success of Stephenie Meyer’s books.

Written by Shyamalan? He just wrote (contributed to?) the screenplay, what a big deal! Hey, the real creators of the Avatar, aka the Last Airbender, are Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino (the one as bald as Aang):


May God bless those two guys and let’s pray for Shyamalan to stay on a good track in his adaptation of the Last Airbender!
