May this movie help at least a few of those religious bigots to understand how stupid creationism is!

By the way, Paul Bettany and Jennifer Connelly who portray husband and wife in the movie Creation are are actually married in real life.

Clash of the Titans MovieA few character posters of Clash of the Titans, the upcoming remake movie directed by Louis Leterrier, have shown up online:

Perseus Holding Medusa's Head - Clash of the Titans Perseus Riding Pegasus - Clash of the Titans Sam Worthington as Perseus - Clash of the Titans
Gemma Arterton as Io - Clash of the Titans Medusa - Clash of the Titans Princess Andromeda, played by Alexa Davalos, Sacrificed to the Kraken - Clash of the Titans

Plot:
“In the film, the ultimate struggle for power pits men against kings and kings against gods. But the war between the gods themselves could destroy the world. Born of a god but raised as a man, Perseus (Sam Worthington) is helpless to save his family from Hades (Ralph Fiennes), vengeful god of the underworld. With nothing left to lose, Perseus volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades before he can seize power from Zeus (Liam Neeson) and unleash hell on Earth. Leading a daring band of warriors, Perseus sets off on a perilous journey deep into forbidden worlds. Battling unholy demons and fearsome beasts, he will only survive if he can accept his power as a god, defy his fate and create his own destiny.”

Those posters of Clash of the Titans are enough to get thrilled! Really glad that Director Louis Leterrier has been given the opportunity to develop his own take. I bet that, as cult as the 1981 movie is, it is gonna be eclipsed by Louis Leterrier’s Clash of the Titans!

Dreamworks is working on Oobermind, an upcoming 3D animated movie directed by Tom McGrath (who once brought us Madagascar and its sequel). The story revolves around a supervillain who unwillingly becomes the new acclaimed hero. The film will be released on November 5, 2010.

Here’s below the first banner poster of Oobermind:

(Click on the poster to enlarge it.)

OOBERMIND

Plot:
“When super villain Oobermind (Will Ferrell) defeats his archrival Metro Man (Brad Pitt), the world should be his oyster. But instead, Oobermind falls into total despair. It turns out that life without a rival is life without a purpose for him. So he creates a new superhero rival, Titan (Jonah Hill). Unfortunately for him and the world, the new hero wants to be a super villain too. The new villain begins his rampage, and Oobermind sets out to stop him, beginning a path to redemption in the process.”

Supervillains and mad scientists usually have a more interesting background than the heroes. So I ‘m quite glad that Dreamworks if producing Oobermind! I hope that Oobermind got this crazy freaky laugh, that only a movie villain can make: muhaha!

Sandra Bullock is both a mother and a football coach in the Blind Side, an upcoming movie based on the true story of football player Michael Oher. Here’s the official movie poster of The Blind Side:

The Blind Side Movie

Plot:
“A poor, oversized and under-educated teenager is recruited by a major college football program where he is groomed into an athletically and academically successful NFL prospect. Based on Michael Lewis’ book, ‘The Blind Side: Evolution of a Game’.”

The Blind Side is an inspiring story, and there is definitely a lesson in this movie: raising kids involves much more than paying school fees! Want your kid to succeed? Then help them, be there for them!

The young boy in the middle is called Hiccup: he’s a young unassuming boy whose life is gonna change for the best when he encounters a fantastic dragon.

Here’s the plot of How To Train Your Dragon:
“The film is set in a mythical world of vikings and dragons. The story centers around a viking teenager named Hiccup (Jay Baruchel), who lives on the island of Berk, where fighting dragons is a way of life. The teen’s smarts and offbeat sense of humor is disliked by his tribe and its chief, Hiccup’s father. However, when Hiccup is included in Dragon Training with the other viking teens, he sees his chance to prove he has what it takes to be a fighter. But when he encounters (and ultimately befriends) an injured dragon, his world is flipped upside down”

The film is based on the book of the same name by Cressida Cowell.
