Marvel has officially set a release date for Thor 3: the film will hit theaters on July 28, 2017. And the film is titled “Thor Ragnarok”. According to Kevin Feige (the president of Marvel Studios), the story of Thor 3 Ragnarok will pick up right where Thor will be left at the end of Avengers 2 Age of Ultron.

For those who don’t know about Ragnarok: in Norse mythology, Ragnarok is tantamount to the apocalypse, the end of time and space, the end of all things. The story of Ragnarok is featured in the comic books but we don’t know yet how closely the film will be linked to them.

Anyway, here’s the official logo of Thor 3 Raganarok:
