The whole thing definitely reminds me of Space 1999 and Star Trek TOS, LOL!

Science-fiction was so sexy kitsch in the 1970s’! Glad it’s back even if it’s just for a spoof movie!

Plot:
“An aged and addled actor (Al Pacino) has his world turned upside down after he embarks upon an affair with a much younger woman (Greta Gerwig), in this acidulous adaptation of the Philip Roth novel.”

Pirates Of The Caribbean 5 FilmFans of Jack Sparrow (who’s played by Johnny Depp) will be disappointed… the release date of Pirates of the Caribbean 5 aka Pirates of the Carribean Dead Men Tell No Tales has been pushed back from 2015 to the Summer of 2017.

The film should be directed by Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg.

The plot hasn’t been released but the film should be closer to a basic pirates movie (no fantasy creatures involved this time around I heard).

Release date: July 7, 2017.

Dear White People Movie Trailer

A new trailer of Dear White People, the upcoming satirical comedy movie written and directed by Justin Simien, has been released online, check it out below:

DEAR WHITE PEOPLE
Plot:
“A satire that follows the stories of four black students at an Ivy League college where a riot breaks out over a popular ‘African American’ themed party thrown by white students. With tongue planted firmly in cheek, the film explores racial identity in ‘post-racial’ America while weaving a universal story of forging one’s unique path in the world.”

The film is funny, but come on, it’s time to see the new face of America: it has become a mixed country for God’s sake! Black, white, and yellow have been melting in the American pot… by the way Obama is mixed, he is as much white as black. This movie is just a window on the past.

The film will open in theaters on October 17, 2014.
