A first official look at Kiefer Sutherland in Sierra Madre, the upcoming action thriller movie directed by Justin Chadwick based on a script by Ian Mackenzie Jeffers and Delbert Hancock:

SIERRA MADRE

Plot synopsis:
“Captain Jordan Wright (Kiefer Sutherland) and his U.S. Special Infantry squad are granted leave from their mission to watch their gunner-medic Alberto (Tommy Martinez) get married in a small Colombian town. Tragedy strikes when Alberto is ruthlessly killed during the celebrations. Heartbroken but resolute, the squad vows to defend the town and avenge their fallen comrade against the cruel Cartel leader, Baker (Omar Chaparro), who has put the town under siege. Rallying the townspeople and utilizing their tactical expertise, they begin to undermine the Cartel’s grip. With Baker’s forces closing in from all sides, Wright’s men defend their own and risk everything in a full-scale battle to protect the only family the Captain has left.”

He’s going to sweat profusely with this long-sleeved suit in a tropical climate… Anyway, cute little Uzi submachine gun!

Besides Kiefer Sutherland, the cast also includes Omar Chaparro, Laura Osma, Tommy Martinez, Ashton Sanders, Solly McLeod, Orlando Pineda, Laird Akeo, Flora Martínez, Orlando Pineda, Laird Akeo, and Fredy Yate.

The film has yet to get an official release date.
