Sony Pictures has unleashed the first official movie trailer of Priest;

“Priest is set in a world ravaged by centuries of war between man and vampire and follows a warrior priest (Paul Bettany) who turns against the church to track down a murderous band of vampires who have kidnapped his niece.”
Directed by Scott Stewart, the movie Priest is starring Paul Bettany, Karl Urban, Cam Gigandet, Maggie Q, Lily Collins, Steven Moyer, Brad Dourif, and Christopher Plummer. The film will be released in theaters on May 13, 2011.
