The final Cylon is Tom Zarek, he is the only character to use monotheism. All of the cylons do that.
They clearly state that the final cylon in not in the fleet during the first season 4 episodes. Have a look at what the decommissioned (New Zealander) cylon says when she wakes up.
They haven’t come out on DVD yet. Oh well, I was so sure.
