Take a look to the French poster of Despicable Me 2, the upcoming animated movie sequel directed by Pierre Coffin and Chris Renaud:

The red haired girl is Lucy Wilde, an agent for the Anti-Villain League. And I guess she will become Gru’s girlfriend.
