The voice cast of Early Man, the upcoming stop-motion prehistoric comedy animated comedy film directed by Nick Park for Aardman Animations, has been revealed!
“Set at the dawn of time, when prehistoric creatures and woolly mammoths roamed the earth, Early Man tells the story of Dug (Eddie Redmayne), along with sidekick Hognob, who unites his tribe against the mighty Bronze Age in a battle to beat them at their own game, resulting in becoming the very first game of European football.”
So, the voice cast includes:
– Eddie Redmayne as Dug, the film’s Stone Age hero, a plucky caveman
– Maisie Williams as Goona, the gallant and indomitable rebel who befriends the film’s hero Dug
– Nick Park as Hognob, Dug’s sidekick
– and Tom Hiddleston as the ridiculously pompous Lord Nooth, governor of the Bronze Age town – a money-loving tyrant and rival to Dug
The film will be released on January 26, 2018.
