Quite surprisingly (really?), Lionsgate is changing again the title of the lastest movie directed by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor (the guys who brought us the Crank movie series). What’s once been called Game, then Citizen Game, is now finally called Gamer.

Plot, Synopsis of the movie Gamer:
“Set in a future-world where humans can control other humans in mass-scale, multi-player online gaming environments, a star player (Gerard Butler) from a game called ‘Slayers’ looks to regain his independence while taking down the game’s mastermind (Hall)”
The movie Gamer redefines what game immersion means: in the future virtual and reality are intricately mixed: in the future you don’t live to play, you play to live!
Along Gerard Butler in the lead role, the cast of movie gamer can also boast: Logan Lerman, Milo Ventimiglia, Aaron Yoo, Ludacris, Alison Lohman and John Leguizamo.
The release date of Gamer is set for September 4th, 2009.

What? change again. I thought after they changed from Game to Citizen Game, they were going to keep it that way. This movie might get mix review as the title changes again.
Have to wait for long time to see this movie … or because they still need times to change the title again :D
They obviously have good taste if they cast Dexter.. :P
