Check out the first official movie trailer of Lightyear, the upcoming CG animated science-fiction movie directed by Angus MacLane based on a script by Pete Docter and with Chris Evans lending his voice to the lead character:

They really go into science-fiction territory here. Am not sure it really fits on the world of Toy Story. Still looks like a great movie though.

The release date of the movie Lightyear is set to June 17, 2022.
