There’s a movie adaptation of Magic aka Magic The Gathering (the cult a trading card game that was first published in 1993). Back in January Hasbro and 20th Century Fox announced indeed that they are planning to launch a massive Magic franchise on the scale of Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings.
And now there’s a teaser poster for the project, it was spotted at the 2014 Licensing Expo out of Las Vegas:

Scriptwriter Bryan Cogman (who worked on Game of Thrones) has been hired by Fox to pen a script for the film.

The poster isn’t for a movie I doubt it was probably advertising for the magic 2015 set where that character (Garruk) is the villian of sorts.
Since it was spotted the licensing expo, it’s definitely the teaser poster of a movie. :)
