Well those robots have a real sex-appeal, but I prefer to stick to my good old flesh body! I’m no Luddite, but Surrogates robots (unless you have a physical disability) should be treated as blasphemous otherwise Mankind is gonna transform into a race of static worms using remote-controlled robots…

James Purefoy as Solomon KaneActor James Purefoy got the lead role in Solomon Kane, an upcoming adventure fantasy movie based on the character of the same name created by Robert Howard. stars in the title role. Plot:
“The movie tells the origins of Solomon Kane and is hoped to be the first of a trilogy of movies. When the story opens Kane is a mercenary of Queen Elizabeth I fighting in Africa, but after an encounter with a demon, The Reaper, he realizes he must seek redemption or have his soul damned to Hell. He returns to England and lives a life of peace, converting to puritanism, but soon the doings of an evil sorcerer upset his plans and he must take up arms again.”

Solomon Kane makes me think of a puritan version of Kwai Chang Kane set in the 16th century… And maybe because of his dark clothes I can but draw a comparison with Van Helsing… Well I don’t expect anything really new from this Solomon Kane movie…

Some play to survive… Others live to play…

Cable, the unwilling warrior pawn played by Gerard Butler, has a beautiful girlfriend who kind of reminds Mila Jovovich in the Fifth Element.

Looks like the movie will be titled Ultimate Game in France. Makes me think that Lionsgate should have kept the former title which was Citizen Game. Well, Gamer isn’t bad but not as good as Citizen Game…
