Gwyneth Paltrow and Garrett Hedlund team up for Country Strong, an upcoming drama movie written and directed by Shana Feste. Here’s the first movie trailer of Country Strong:

“An up-and-coming singer and songwriter (Garrett Hedlund) gets involved with a washed up country singer (Gwyneth Paltrow). They embark together on a tour to resurrect her career, accompanied by the country singer’s husband and manager (Tim McGraw) and a former beauty queen (Leighton Meester) who is also craving a career as a singer.”
The release date of Country Strong is set for December 22, 2010.
