There’s a new trailer for Coco, the upcoming CG fantasy animated movie directed by Lee Unkrich and Adrian Molina for Disney Pixar:

We’re all a part of those who came before.

Plot synopsis:
“Despite his family’s baffling generations-old ban on music, Miguel (voice of newcomer Anthony Gonzalez) dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz (voice of Benjamin Bratt). The song in the background, “Bitter Sweet Symphony” by the verve, kind of sounds out of place for a movie so rooted in Day of the Dead lore… Maybe a Mexican or Latino song would have been more appropriate?

Anyway, the film will open in theaters on November 22, 2017.
