Tommy’s Honour Movie Trailer

Tommys HonourLet’s watch the first official trailer of Tommy’s Honour, the upcoming period golfing drama directed by Jason Connery and starring Peter Mullan, Jack Lowden, Ophelia Lovibond, and Sam Neill:

Plot synopsis:
“The film is based on the powerfully moving true story of the challenging relationship between “Old” Tom and “Young” Tommy Morris, the dynamic father-son team who ushered in the modern game of golf. As their fame grew, Tom and Tommy, Scotland’s Golf Royalty, were touched by drama and personal tragedy. At first matching his father’s success, Tommy’s talent and fame grew to outshine his father’s accomplishments and respect as founder of the Open Championship in 1860 with a series of his own triumphs. But in contrast to Tommy’s public persona, his personal turmoil ultimately led him to rebel against both the aristocracy who gave him opportunity and the parents who shunned his passionate relationship with his wife.”

I don’t like golf that much, but I think I will still give the film a try, it does look like a funny period movie after all.

The film will be released on April 14, 2017.

One day, Sam callously ditches Olivia, who wanders off into the woods on her own and disappears.
For three days police and panic set in on Sam’s home. And then, Olivia returns unscathed as if nothing happened. Cult of Chucky Movie

Cult Of Chucky MovieThere’s a new Chucky movie ahead of us. The sequel is titled Cult of Chucky. Writer/Director Don Mancini is in charge of the project. Here’s an announcement teaser trailer (no actual footage from the new film, only footage from previous films):

Plot synopsis:
“Confined to an asylum for the criminally insane for the past four years, Nica Pierce (Fiona Dourif) is erroneously convinced that she, not Chucky, murdered her entire family. But when her psychiatrist introduces a new therapeutic ‘tool’ to facilitate his patients’ group sessions — an all-too-familiar ‘Good Guy’ doll with an innocently smiling face — a string of grisly deaths begins to plague the asylum, and Nica starts to wonder if maybe she isn’t crazy after all. Andy Barclay (Alex Vincent), Chucky’s now-grown-up nemesis from the original Child’s Play, races to Nica’s aid. But to save her he’ll have to get past Tiffany (Jennifer Tilly), Chucky’s long-ago bride, who will do anything, no matter how deadly or depraved, to help her beloved devil doll.”
