Plot:
“When Earth is taken over by the overly-confident Boov, an alien race in search of a new place to call home, all humans are promptly relocated, while all Boov get busy reorganizing the planet. But when one resourceful girl, Tip (Rihanna), manages to avoid capture, she finds herself the accidental accomplice of a banished Boov named Oh (Jim Parsons). The two fugitives realize there’s a lot more at stake than intergalactic relations as they embark on the road trip of a lifetime.”

Would you want to befriend an alien who can shoot lasers through his eyeballs?

The film will be released in theaters on March 27, 2015.

Furious 7 Movie Trailer

This new international of Fast and Furious 7 claims that it isn’t about being fast but does put more emphasis on the super cars we’ll get to admire in the film:

“Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) seeks revenge against Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his family for the death of his brother.”

That last scene from the trailer with the red super car going through the building (yep the Burj Khalifa in Dubai in the Middle East) and Dom jumping out at the last second was amazing! And it’s going to be even more awesome on a big screen, can’t wait!

Anyway, there’s also a new action-packed TV spot:

The movie Furious 7 is directed by James Wan based on a script by Chris Morgan. will hit theaters on April 3, 2015.

We’ve got our hands on a new international trailer of Lost River, the upcoming fantasy thriller movie directed by Ryan Gosling (yep the handsome actor from Drive!):

Plot:
“A single mother enters a dark lifestyle after facing economic difficulties. Meanwhile her eldest son has to take care of his younger brother because of the absence of their mother and gets into trouble with the town’s feared bully, while trying to help to get some money to help his mother. Afterward, he uncovers a road leading to an underwater utopia.”

The cast includes Christina Hendricks, Saoirse Ronan, Iain De Caestecker, Matt Smith, Reda Kateb, Barbara Steele, Eva Mendes, Ben Mendelsohn.

Killing Jesus Movie Trailer

From the National Geographic Channel and Ridley Scott comes yet a new take on the crucifixion of Jesus Christ:


KILLING JESUS
Plot:
“The film details the events leading up to the murder of the most influential man in history: Jesus of Nazareth. The drama will take viewers inside Jesus’s life, recounting the seismic political and historical events that made his death inevitable … and changed the world forever.”

For those who don’t know about Jesus, don’t worry the chap won’t die or at least he won’t stay dead for long: he will indeed resurrect! Nope, yes he will come back from the dead but not as a zombie, he won’t crave brains.

The film is directed by Christopher Menaul and the cast includes Haaz Sleiman, Kelsey Grammer, Stephen Moyer, Emmanuelle Chriqui, John Rhys-Davies, Rufus Sewell, Klara Issova, Aneurin Barnard, Joe Doyle, Eoin Macken, Alexis Rodney, and Stephanie Leonidas.

Killing Jesus will premiere on the National Geographic Channel on March 29, 2015.

This new clip of Insurgent aka Divergent 2, the upcoming science-fiction movie sequel directed by Robert Schwentke, features a scene with Shailene Woodley and Theo James:

Watching this trailer was like being thrown back to the 1980’s and I loved it! Much action, pretty Asian girls, and Jean-Claude Van Damme kicking the hell out of baddies: the movie Pound of Flesh is going to be cult!

Besides Jean-Claude Van Damme, the cast also includes Darren Shahlavi, John Ralston, Aki Aleong, Andrew Ng, and Charlotte Peters.

The film has yet to get an official release date.

I say the girl should start her own sect and make polyandry one of its tenet. Then she could marry her three suitors!
