This looks definitely faithful to the original movie! Love it!

This prequel to John Carpenter’s The Thing is directed by Matthijs van Heijningen. The cast includes Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Joel Edgerton, Jonathan Lloyd Walker, and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje. The film is set to be released on on April 29, 2011.

He shows Clark what really happened the night Jonathan died, Oliver’s (Justin Hartley’s) current pain and Clark’s future at the Daily Planet with Lois and his role as Earth’s favorite red and blue superhero.

Let’s hope that Smallville Homecoming won’t be one of those cheap episodes full of flashbacks…
