Gatchaman Movie Trailer
An early trailer of Gatchaman has shown up online, and it looks damn gorgeous:
“Set in a future world grappling with environmental and technological issues, the story focuses on five reluctant heroes whose remarkable genetic code makes them Earth’s only hope of defeating extra-terrestrial invaders.”
Unfortunately the movie is in production limbo because of Imagi’s financial woes… What a shame! Such a promising footage! Let’s pray for Imagi to find solution so we may enjoy the movie Gatchaman on the big screen in a not too distant future!

Meet Monica Velour Movie
Meet Monica Velour is an upcoming comedy movie written and directed by Keith Bearden. The film is starring Kim Cattrall and Dustin Ingram. The story revolves around a young man who travels cross-country to meet his dream woman, a 1980s cinema siren who is now a 50-year-old single mother in the middle of a child custody battle. It will be released sometime in 2010.
Here’s a first official preview clip of Meet Monica Velour:
Plot:
“In this quirky comedy, Tobe (Dustin Ingram, perfectly cast), an awkward teenage aficionado of 1980s soft-core, sets off in his grandfather’s (Brian Dennehy) used Weinermobile to see his sexual idol perform at the Gentlemen’s Club in Indiana. After defending her honor against ruffians who taunt the aging erotic starlet (Kim Cattrall) off the stage, he negotiates his unripe romantic impulses with the reality of her anything-but-glamorous life as a trailer-park single mother.”
Kim Cattrall was a bit too pretty for the role, so Director Keith Bearden had to ask her to let it go:
I definitely have to see Kim Cattrall’s performance in the movie Meet Monica Velour!
