A first official look at Jessica Lange and Ed Harris in Long Day’s Journey Into Night, the upcoming drama movie directed by Jonathan Kent from a script by David Lindsay-Abaire based on Eugene O’Neill’s 1956 play:

Plot synopsis:
“Over the course of a day, a married couple, Mary (Jessica Lange) and James Tyrone (Ed Harris), and their two sons, Jamie (Ben Foster) and Edmund (Colin Morgan), grapple with Mary’s morphine addiction and confront each other over the past in a series of emotionally tense and volatile exchanges.”

Not the Man in Black but, damn, I can’t help but feel like this film is somehow related to Westworld, especially with those period outfits…

Anyway, besides Jessica Lange and Ed Harris, the cast also includes Ben Foster, Colin Morgan, Ericka Roe, Derek Carroll, and Lesa Thurman.

The film has yet to get an official release date.
