Let’s watch the first official movie trailer of Marty Supreme, the upcoming drama sport movie directed by Josh Safdie based on a script he co-wrote with Ronald Bronstein and starring Timothée Chalamet, Gwyneth Paltrow, Odessa A’zion, Kevin O’Leary, Tyler the Creator, Sandra Bernhard, Abel Ferrara, Josh Bone, Alexander Brinitzer, and Dennis Creaghan:

Plot synopsis:
“Marty Mauser (Timothée Chalamet), a young man with a dream no one respects, goes to hell and back in pursuit of greatness. A hustler-turned-champion ping pong player Marty’s journey from playing for bets in Manhattan to winning 22 major titles and becoming the oldest to win a national racket sport competition at 67.”

Can’t say I’ve ever played ping pong, or maybe I just don’t recall. And I really doubt this film will get me interested in playing ping pong, but I will still give it a try if only to see how Muad’Dib handle a ping pong paddle, lol.
