“After a modeling mishap, Cora (Debby Ryan) books a one-way ticket to Australia. Expecting a five-star holiday with her Aunt Margot (Genevieve Hegney), Cora realizes all too late that her beachside retreat is not what she thought. Cora feels trapped, but as time goes by friendships bloom and romance sparks. When Cora’s mom calls to let her know that she’s secured a fantastic modeling contract, Cora must decide between a career she’s been working so hard for and the community that’s welcomed her with open arms.”

Plot synopsis:
“There comes a point in everyone’s life when you have to make a decision about the direction you’re going to take. For newly-18 American fashion model Cora (musician and Disney star Debby Ryan), that time is now. She’s moved to an Australian coastal town to be with her favourite aunt, after a ‘fashion faux pas’ back home.
At first she feels isolated, but soon romance and new friendships start to bloom, and Cora must decide between returning to the modelling career driven by her ambitious mother, or staying with the community that has welcomed her in.”
