Robin Hood 2 Movie

It may sound premature to talk about a movie sequel to Ridley Scott’s Robin Hood, the movie hasn’t even premiered yet after all. But it looks like there could be a movie sequel to this new Robin Hood movie. Director Ridley Scott said indeed that the first film is actually an origin story and that Robin Hood 2 is quite possible:
“[The first Robin Hood movie] is the beginnings of how the man becomes known as Robin the Hood. You don’t really get that until the last few minutes. When you realize that ‘Ah, this is who he is’.
Let’s say we might presume there’s a sequel.”

I guess Russell Crowe wouldn’t mind to reprise his role in Robin Hood 2, so if the first film performs well, we may definitely expect a sequel.
