Thanks to Reltivity Studios, here’s the first official trailer of Beyond the lights, the upcoming drama movie written and directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood and starring Gugu Mbatha-Raw (who had the lead role in the movie “Belle”):

Don’t really know how one should pronounce her name, but Gugu Mbatha-Raw is damn sexy!

Here’s a first official look at Actor Idris Elba in Beasts of No Nation, the upcoming war drama movie directed by Cary Fukunaga based on the novel of the same name written by Uzodinma Iweala:

Plot:
“Agu, a young boy in an unnamed West African nation, is recruited into a unit of guerrilla fighters as civil war engulfs his country. While the war rages on, Agu becomes increasingly divorced from the life he had known before the conflict started — a life of school friends, church services, and time with his family still intact. Idris Elba plays the role of the commander. They’re currently filming in Ghana in Africa. The country depicted in the film isn’t named and it can’t be Ghana, but it definitely reminds of what happened in Liberia…

The film has yet to get an official release date. It will probably hit theaters sometime in 2015.

Guillermo Del Toro’s Pacific Rim fared rather well worldwide: it grossed more than $400 million worldwide for an estimated budget at $190 million.
