Ludwig (Richard Madden) impresses Hoffmeister with his reliability and youthful spirit, and the older man finds himself leaning more and more on this promising up-and-comer. At the same time, Hoffmeister’s young bride (Rebecca Hall) is looking for a tutor for their child, and Ludwig proves both flexible and willing. When he moves into their home, an emotional triangle develops. Societal dignity and decorum must be respected, and it is. Nevertheless, heated passions come into play, while Hoffmeister looks on.”

Exodus Movie starring Christian Bale

A first official picture of Christian Bale as Moses in Exodus, the upcoming biblical drama movie directed by Ridley Scott (who helmed Alien, Robin Hood, and Prometheus):

Plot:
“The classic tale of the Israelites’ departure from Egypt under the guidance of Moses.”

Besides Christian Bale, the cast also includes Joel Edgerton, Sigourney Weaver, John Turturro, Aaron Paul, and Ben Kingsley.

Considering Ridley Scott’s involvement, is there any hope for God to be some extraterrestrial entity in the film? It sure would make the film way more entertaining than invoking some fantasy almighty God as depicted in the Bible…

Release date: December 12, 2014.
