The Hobbit There and Back Again – What to expect from The Hobbit 3?Plot:

So the third and final chapter of The Hobbit promises to deliver much action to be very emotional. Well, can’t wait to see it!

There’s some new footage in this new international trailer of The Amazing Spider-Man 2, the upcoming sequel of the reboot Spider-Man movie franchise starring Actor Andrew Garfield in the lead role:

English Actress Emilia Clarke (26 yo) pictured below is set to play the role of Sarah Connor in Terminator 5 Genesis, the upcoming Terminator movie directed by Alan Taylor:

And Australian Actor Jason Clarke (44 yo, no relation with with Emilia) will play the role of John Connor, Sarah’s son and ultimate savior of mankind in an apocalyptic future where Skynet and its fellow robots rule the world.

Such a cast (a mother younger than her son?) certainly means the plot will involve time travel shenanigans… Well, I don’t really mind but they better come up with a solid story. Also let’s hope they will respect Sarah Connor and won’t transform her into some emo character: she’s a strong woman, a modern-day Xena, a real Amazon!

Here’s the latest trailer of The Legend of Hercules (previously titled Hercules The Legend Begins), the upcoming action adventure movie starring Kellan Lutz as the mythic demigod:

Well, it does look epic! Let’s hope it won’t disappoint!

Update: The project will be directed by Ruben Fleischer based on a script by Scott Rosenberg, Jeff Pinkner, and Kelly Marcel.

A Venom movie was announced a few years ago, unfortunately the project fell in development limbo along the way. But the project is now back on the front burner: Sony Pictures announced indeed that they’re going to expand the world of the new Spider-Man franchise and that a Venom movie is being planned.

Scriptwriter Alex Kurtzman (Transformers, Mission Impossible 3, Star Trek) will direct the film based on a script he should (re-?)write with Roberto Orci and Ed Solomon. The plot hasn’t been announced yet.

A reference to Venom was actually spotted in the last trailer of The Amazing Spider-Man 2:

The picture is from a scene with Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan) and Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) using a high-tech computer at Oscorp.

This trailer is quite well-cut. The story feels like a mix of Chronicle and E.T. The Extra Terrestrial. The film is obviously targeting a young public, but I don’t care, am hooked! I definitely want to see more!
