Gran Turismo, the popular and critically acclaimed series of racing simulation video games developed by Polyphony Digital, is set to make it to the big screen. Sony Pictures is indeed developing a live-action movie based on the game franchise. Producers Mike De Luca and Dana Brunetti (who are producing the upcoming movie adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey) are attached to the project.

Actor Kellan Lutz, who played the role of the vampire Emmett Cullen in the
Twilight movie franchise, is joining the cast of The Expendables 3.

According to The Wrap, Kellan Lutz would play the leader of a group of “young tech-savvy action heroes”. His group would be at odds with Stallone’s group, though they would eventually team up to save the day.

The actor kind of reminds me of Dolph Lundgren. Anyway, do you welcome the new addition to the cast?

The film is directed by Australian filmmaker Patrick Hughes. It will hit theaters on August 15, 2014.

You’ve probably heard by now that Batman and Superman, the two superhero icons from DC Comics, are set to share the big screen together in a new movie from Warner Bros. The film was announced at the Comic Con, and a kind of logo was even revealed:

“The next film we’re making, we’re already in pre-production, comes out in summer of 2015 and it’s–we’re actually not sure whether the title is Superman vs. Batman or Batman vs. Superman but yes, it’s–that rematch, that combination, the two guys onscreen and that’s happening.”

So the movie Batman vs Superman is actually the sequel to Man of Steel? And What about the cast? Henry Cavill is obviously returning as Superman. But Christian Bale said he wasn’t interesting in retruning as the Dark Knight. Who’s going to play the role of Batman then? Will Joseph Gordon-Levitt take over the role? Any suggestion maybe?

A new trailer of Believe, the new supernatural drama TV series from executive producers J.J. Abrams and Alfonso Cuaron, has been released online, it was first shown at the Comic Con:

The plot kind of reminds me of the movie Babylon AD.
