AMC has officially confirmed that the zombie TV series Walking Dead will be renewed for a third season next year:

“Today we are pleased to announce that the ‘dead’ shall live as we proudly renew ‘The Walking Dead’ for a third season on AMC and, globally, with our terrific partners at Fox International Channels. We are thankful for everyone’s contribution in front of and behind the camera as we continue to make ‘The Walking Dead’ a unique television experience. And, we are so proud as it continues to set viewership records around the world.”

From what I heard Universal Pictures is pushing for a Fast and Furious 7 movie that would be filmed back to Fast and Furious 6 to save time and money. Scriptwriter Chris Morgan is currently penning a script. Fast and Furious 7 will likely follow the events of Fast and Furious 6, so I guess there’s going to be yet another damn cliffhanger at the end of F&F6.
