I’M Mortal Movie

Amanda Seyfried, Justin Timberlake got the lead roles in I’M Mortal, an upcoming sci-fi movie directed by Andrew Niccol. There’s no official release date yet. Here’s a first look at Amanda Seyfried and Justin Timberlake on the set of the movie I’M Mortal:

Plot:
“In the not-too-distant future the aging gene has been switched off. To avoid overpopulation, time has become the currency and the way people pay for luxuries and necessities. He ends up on the run from a corrupt police force known as ‘time keepers’.”

Sounds like a remake of “Logan’s Run”…

The next Mission Impossible movie is officially titled Mission Impossible Ghost protocol. The film is directed by Brad Bird and is starring Tom Cruise, Jeremy Renner, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Paula Patton, Vladimir Mashkov, Michael Nyqvist, Josh Holloway, Lea Seydoux, and Anil Kapoor. There’s no official plot synopsis yet.

Caprica Canceled

SyFy has decided, out of the blue, to cancel the TV series Caprica, and it’s effective immediately, so no episode of Caprica next week…

“Unfortunately, despite its obvious quality, Caprica has not been able to build the audience necessary to justify a second season.”

Fortunately fans will still be able to watch the 5 unaired episodes of Caprica: Season 1.5 of Caprica will indeed be coming to DVD on December 21st, 2010.

Dark Knight Rises Not in 3D

Director Christopher Nolan explains why the movie Dark Knight Rises, aka Batman 3, won’t be in 3D:
