Plot synopsis:
“Colin Farrell stars as Steven, a charismatic surgeon forced to make an unthinkable sacrifice after his life starts to fall apart when the behaviour of a teenage boy he has taken under his wing takes a sinister turn. Nicole Kidman also stars as the wife of Farrell’s character.”

He’s built like a lion, isn’t he?

The film will screen in competition as part of the Official Selection at this year’s Cannes Film Festival. But there’s no official release date yet.

A first official look at Actor Cillian Murphy in Delinquent Season, the upcoming drama movie written and directed by Mark O’Rowe:

Plot synopsis:
“A tense drama which revolves around two couples in suburban Dublin in Ireland – Jim and Danielle and Yvonne and Chris. Although all seems fine on the surface, cracks in both relationships come to light one night when Chris lashes out at Yvonne. The film covers love and loss in equal measure and asks the question how well do any of us really know each other.”

Besides Cillian Murphy, the cast also includes Andrew Scott, Eva Birthistle, and Catherine Walker.

The film is set to be released on December 1, 2017 in Ireland, but it has yet to get an official US release date.
