Flatliners 2017Here’s the official plot synopsis of Flatliners, the upcoming science fiction psychological horror film directed by Niels Arden Oplev based on a script by Ben Ripley:

Plot synopsis:
“Five medical students, hoping to gain insight into the mystery of what lies beyond the confines of life, embark on a daring and dangerous experiment. By stopping their hearts for short periods of time, each triggers a near-death experience. This film is actually a reboot / sequel to the 1990 film of the same name.

The cast includes Ellen Page, Diego Luna, Nina Dobrev, Kiersey Clemons, James Norton, Kiefer Sutherland, Charlotte Mckinney, and Beau Mirchoff.

The release date of the movie Flatliners is set to September 29, 2017.
