But just as Tess begins to find comfort and hope in her new surroundings, hallucinations begin involving a dead girl, Lucy who was recently killed in a car accident and whose picture Tess finds at a memorial by the side of the road. The hallucinations intensify as Lucy seems to be taking over Tess’s mind and soul. Doctors can’t help her, and neither can the local priest, so it’s left to her single mother to fight for her daughters’ soul.”

We’ve got our hands on the first official trailer of The Sea of Trees, the upcoming drama movie directed by Gus Van Sant and starring Matthew McConaughey, Ken Watanabe, and Naomi Watts:

“An American man, Arthur Brennan (Matthew McConaughey), travels to the ‘Suicide Forest’ (Aokigahara forest) to kill himself at the base of Mount Fuji in Japan, the site of numerous suicides. There he encounters a Japanese man, Takumi Nakamura (Ken Watanabe), who wants to kill himself as well, and both men begin a journey of self-reflection and survival.”

So the whole film is a walk in the suicide forest? And both chaps are delusional? Well, you can still sign me up for The Sea of Trees, it’s starring Matthew McConaughey and Ken Watanabe after all, and they’re both awesome actors.

The film has yet to get a U.S. release date.

Kellan Lutz doesn’t really looks like a killer but he did reach action star status thanks to his role in The Expendables 3, so I guess he’s fit for the role.

There’s a sequel to San Andreas ahead of us: yep get ready for San Andreas 2! San Francisco has already been leveled to the ground in the first film, what’s next then? Some new giant earthquake Well, Neil Widener and Gavin James have been hired to pen a script. There’s no official plot synopsis, but plot details have surfaced online:

Plot synopsis:
“The sequel to San Andreas 2 is expanding the disaster locales by going global, focusing on the infamous Ring of Fire. The ring circles the Pacific Ocean with fault lines and volcanoes and according to scientists is home to about 90 percent of the worlds’ earthquakes.”

Director Brad Peyton will return to helm the sequel. And Dwayne Johnson, Carla Gugino, Alexandra Daddario, and Paul Giamatti will reprise their roles.
