Doctor Strange Movie – Official pictures

Thanks to Entertainment Weekly we may take a look to the first official pictures of Doctor Strange, the upcoming live-action superhero movie adaptation directed by Scott Derrickson and starring Benedict Cumberbatch in the title role:

Plot synopsis:
“After his career is destroyed, a brilliant but arrogant surgeon (Benedict Cumberbatch) gets a new lease on life when a sorcerer takes him under his wing and trains him to defend the world against evil.”

Well, Actor Benedict Cumberbatch totally looks the part as Doctor Strange! Let’s hope he will stick to this Marvel character and will never reprise the role of Khan in the Star Trek franchise, lol.

We also learned that Actor Mads Mikkelsen is playing the film’s villain who’s described as a sorcerer who breaks off into his own sect.

The movie Doctor Strange is set to hit theaters on November 4, 2016.

I’ve just spotted this new preview clip of The Forest, the upcoming horror movie directed by Jason Zada and starring Natalie Dormer:

An iron ore deposit may indeed cause a compass needle to wobble because the local magnetic field may fluctuate around it. But maybe there are ghosts at work here? What do you think?

We’ve got our hands on a first official picture of Hunt for the Wilderpeople, the upcoming comedy movie directed by New Zealand Filmmaker Taika Waititi (who’s set to helm Thor 3 Ragnarok) and starring Julian Dennison, Sam Neill, Rima Te Wiata, Rachel House, and Oscar Kightley:

Hard to recognize Actor Sam Neil on this picture… I thought it was Actor Christopher Lee (who portayed evil wizard Saruman in the Lord of the Rings movie franchise), lol.

The director and cast of ‘Hunt for the Wilderpeople’ joke about the treachery they went through while shooting the film, comparing it to the conditions of the shoot. “We’re out in the elements, it was cold, borderline illegal having a twelve-year-old in those elements for so long,” jokes director Taika Waititi of shooting ‘Hunt for the Wilderpeople
