The film is touted as a “visceral, heart-pounding suspense-thriller packed with tension and suspense from start to finish”. Well, judging from the trailer it does look like a damn great thriller movie indeed! Can’t wait to see Desierto!

That said, Natalie Portman is a talented actress and I’m confident she will play look the part on screen.

Besides Natalie Portman, the cast also includes Greta Gerwig, Peter Sarsgaard, Max Casella, Beth Grant, Julie Judd, and Sarah Verhagen.

There’s no official release date yet, but the film should be released sometime in 2017.
