Three Generations Movie starring Susan Sarandon, Naomi Watts and Elle Fanning

Here’s a first official look at Three Generations, the upcoming drama comedy movie directed by Gaby Dellal and starring Susan Sarandon, Naomi Watts, and Elle Fanning:

(Click on the picture to enlarge.)

Plot:
“The film is a funny and touching story about identity and a look at how, at every stage in our lives, we struggle to be true to ourselves. We follow Ray (Elle Fanning), a New York City teenager struggling with gender identity and Ray’s harried single mother Maggie (Naomi Watts) as they track down Ray’s biological father to sign the paperwork approving Ray’s transition. Meanwhile, Maggie’s mother Dolly (Susan Sarandon), a quick witted music manager who shares her brownstone with her lesbian partner Frances (Linda Emond), is having a hard time wrapping her head around Ray’s life altering decision, and Maggie’s inability to move out of the house in which she grew up…”

Definitely not the traditional family here! Anyway, am willing to give it a try if only because it’s starring Susan Sarandon. What about you?

There’s no official release date yet.

(Click on the picture to enlarge.)

Plot:
“The film will tell an all-new story behind the infamous snake-headed lady from Greek mythology”
In the story, we meet Medusa as a young human, who, like so many of us, is overwhelmed with trying to fit a certain mold to please others. Her resulting popularity ticks off the wrong Goddess who turns her into the snake-haired monster we all know and fear. Medusa sets out on a quest to reverse this curse with the help of a goofy team of oddball and misfit mythological creatures who help her learn that what makes you different is, in fact, what makes you strong.
MEDUSA will be a clever, heartfelt animated comedy about a girl who’s having the ultimate bad hair day.”
