It’s now official: Actor Channing Tatum has taken over the role of Remy LeBeau aka Gambit (which was played by Taylor Kitsch in the first Wolverine movie)! There’s a even a release date: the actor revealed via his official twitter account that the film will hit theaters on October 7, 2016.
For those who don’t remember, Gambit is a Cajun mutant who’s got the power to harness kinetic energy and enjoys throwing explosive cards around.
