Plot synopsis:
“Widow Ruth is seven months pregnant when, believing herself to be guided by her unborn baby, she embarks on a homicidal rampage, dispatching anyone who stands in her way.”

I heard that it’s common to have mood swings during pregnancy because of stress, fatigue, and hormonal changes, but I didn’t know it could drive a woman literally crazy or even psycho! So definitely, think twice before having a kid, lol!
