A first official look at Summer of 84, the upcoming drama thriller movie directed by Anouk Whissell, François Simard, and Yoann-Karl Whissell based on a script by Matt Leslie and Stephen J. Smith and starring Graham Verchere, Judah Lewis, Caleb Emery, Cory Gruter-Andrew, Tiera Skovbye, and Rich Sommer:

Plot synopsis:
“Summer, 1984. The perfect time to be 14 years old and free. But when neighborhood conspiracy theorist Davey Armstrong (Graham Verchere) begins to suspect his neighbor, Mr. Mackey (Rich Sommer), a police officer, might be the local serial killer all over the news, he and his three best buds decide to spend their vacation discovering the truth with the help of amateur sleuthing skills. Problem is, as the summer investigation heats up, they soon discover that Mr. Mackey’s onto them, and their suspicions quickly become all too real.”
